coffee and tea

I am not a coffee drinker. I drink 2 cups of tea each day. One in the morning with my breakfast and one in the evening after dinner. I drink green tea with honey and milk.

I drink one cup of tea a day, I don't like coffee unless it's French Vanilla from WaWa.

Although my husband is an avid coffee drinker, I never took the habit up. I only drink tea with Chinese Food. My caffeine habit is can after can of Diet Pepsi every day. I start as soon as I get up in the morning. Of course, I don't drink them quickly, but I keep one around all day. I probably drink 6 cans on an average day.

Good question! I usually drink one cup of coffee in the morning and one in the late afternoon. Coffee has many beneficial effects on human, however, doctors advise not to drink more than 3-4 cups of coffee a day. As for tea, in my country people drink it a lot, 6-8 cups a day probably, and mostly green tea. I recommend you also.

Too many. I am up to about a pot a day on some days. I have been trying to cut back and that is what I want to do this year.
