Something Personal: Feeling the Heat of the Sun Even on Rainy Days

I can always feel the heat wave no matter what season Philippines is in. Summer is over, that's what the news had said but there will still be days when it's too hot to go outside. I would then be super sweaty, in addition to my oily skin, which is something I find uncomfortable.
The warm feeling, the heat before rain starts to fall is another thing. Sometimes, the sky's already all dark and you can hear the thunder. The day is already over and rain never came. I don't like the headache I get from that. But I can't do anything about it.

I feel uncomfortable on hot sunny days as well, but the summer lasts for only three months in my country, and the temperature drops to an acceptable value on rainy days, so the summer is probably more bearable where I live, but I can also experience very cold days during the winter so I think I am used to all types of weather. Usually, the sudden shifts from warm to cold weather or vice versa, which happen from time to time, are those which give me headaches or make me catch acold because the body can't adjust so quickly to such changes.

Everything is usually bearable to me, but I guess maybe I was still younger back then. There are things I have little tolerance for these days and I'm all hoping that the weather won't get far worse. But again, I know it won't get any better with all those improvements being done with the city and we can't do anything about it.
