Any fantasy book suggestions?

Just finished reading King of Scars since I could not wait for the next season of Shadow and Bone. It was quite entertaining with a couple of nice twists. What are you reading right now? Can you suggest a novel with elements of fantasy and romance, hopefully not a series

I can’t really think of one, especially a stand alone that is not included in a series.
