Hi there my fellow myLotters. It's already 11:45am of July 5th from here in the Philippines. Just want to share that in the new Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) that I'm working it right now since April 26, 2023, I already got the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in which our provider is Maxicare. A type of health insurance plan that usually limits coverage to care from doctors who work for or contract with the HMO. Although, I don't want to use this as will reserve for future medical emergencies. And I hope there's none. It's better not able to use it as long as I'm still healthy. Nothing to say for the moment about it, just sharing it. How about you? In your company, do you have this kind of HMO?

I had an HMO over a decade ago, and I did not like their care at all. However, I'm in another country, and your care might be better. Plus, you said you were healthy, and that is a big deal.

Good to know you have an HMO card, it's a big help for health reasons and emergency purposes. My daughter who's working in a BPO company gave me one and I am so grateful. I think dependents have free benefits of this. God bless always and enjoy your work. Have a good day!

Will the insurance cover just you or everyone in your family. Congratulations on getting it. Insurance is expensive.

@DaddyEvil For now, myself only. Then after 3 more months, my wife will be included. Then 6 months I'll get for my wife, will cover also for my 2 sons.

Health is wealth and an insurance is just a backup plan.
