why it sucks living in philippines right now

Well I guess most of my filipino friends will know this without reading this.
But yea it really sucks living right now in philippines because of the nonstop clicking or smacking sounds.. that is made by kids playing LATO-LATO.
it is just so annoying. if I am just a random person who easily to get mad. I will take those toys and smack on their head because its so loud and annoying.
but yea. as a fellow filipino citizen what do you feel?

Do you remember "Clackers"? You hold the flat thingy and swing the two balls in opposite directions by moving you hand up and down. The balls will start bouncing off each other making a loud clack, clack sound. It's annoying

Fortunately, I don't live in a. subdivision that has that noise. It's peaceful here and couldn't hear it. But when I go out to go to the mall, I see adult and children playing that toy though I couldn't really hear them coz I'm in the car.
There was this reel I saw today with a caption that says: you know you've arrived in the philippines when....and then theres the sound of latolato!
