I don't like anything that encourages us to use bitcoin and other similar currency

i still don't feel comfortable using it. it is very volatile. i also might easily get scammed when exchanging it online for real money. and this , I read, is what money launderers use and even terrorist group to get financial support. so I feel that this should not exist at all.

I don’t know much about it, which is why I have not, and probably will not ever use it. I’m going to go by a proven system rather than whatever is new or trendy at the moment.

many uses it though not yet still the most common way to pay online like we do with paypal in amazon and other reputable online shop. i haven't used it either though I have read and heard a lot about it. seems like many fishy kinds of business uses 8t. indeed better use the proven system then try these kinds. I remember when paypal was newly introduced I never got the feeling that it's fishy. i did trust it even in the beginning. and it proved to be a good one. though still some had some complaints about paypal from time to time.

I don't know much either. I'm interested though. If I do decide to do some investment in it it'd be after LOADS of research

Bitcoins are hat money launderers use and even terrorist group use in our days and I am surprised that the governments do nothing.

@hotsummer - I suspect that this arranges them to receive black money.

As much as I would like to invest and make money on alternative currencies, I am not going to risk any money I make on something I have no knowledge of.

yeah it's so risky for now. not until there's something done so that online exchangers won't just run away with the currency

Crypto currency exists and it isn't going away any time soon. I'm sort of interested in it but haven't done much research so don't know much about it really. I may well soon do the research as it has some big plus points for me but I can certainly understand your reluctance. I remember back in the day the amount of people who were scared of internet banking whereas now it's the norm.

@Mike197602 i know that they are pushing for cashless payment but I don't think that ecurrency will replace cash. i think they are more into using other ways paying by app for example like what we are using now here. but still you need to fund it by cash or through online bank transfer

@hotsummer paying by app is cashless...funded by your bank balance. you may be able to pay into your bank with cash but all apps are cash free.
