it feels like I need to have a potted plant placed on the table. but I can't figure it out which one that is easy to care and not fussy specially with watering. many plants I had like spider plant had problem keeping it alive. even if I followed or use the right soil and watering, nothing worked for me. I like plants that can easily adapt on the soil I have

Try a snake plant. but if you're still not successful with that. You might try one that would never get killed.

@hotsummer There are too many varieties of snake plants. I have different varieties and some are small enough for a table top deco.

A succulent is the easiest to keep and needs very little watering. A jade plant is very easy to grow and it's pretty.

@hotsummer My Mom had several jade plants, those are very little demanding.

I don’t know exactly what to recommend, but I recently bought my dad a Coleus plant, and it doesn’t require much maintenance.

plastic plants that look decent enough is very costly here. the cheap ones looks too plastic and looks very cheap. that's why I prefer real one. i love those live plants that tend to look like plastic. as it's conversation piece. they would say such a lovely plastic plant. then they got surprised that it's for real. like my aglaonema. too bad lots of them are not in good health or condition. that's why I don't display it anymore
