Lunch Calling

There was a time when I used to take my lunch super late like around 3 pm because I used to eat when I get hungry but I feel it's not a good thing and we need to be a little disciplined at least when it's about our health so I have started to take my meals at a fixed time and not wait for things but sometimes I do skip my dinner or take light snacks when I am not hungry.
Do you have set timings for your meals? Do you follow these religiously?

Pretty and I eat when we get hungry. Eating at set times means you may be eating when you aren't hungry and your body doesn't need the "fuel". Some meals are heavier than others. Unless you're trying to stay on a set schedule for a valid reason, all you're doing is making yourself fat.

I really don`t set a time when it comes to taking meals. If I feel hungry I eat little but dinner is always when my husband arrives

I agree but I feel when we follow a certain schedule then most of the times we feel hungry at those times and can keep up with that routine

@Butterfingers Exactly, as our body need food after a certain number of hours after the last time we ate, we can create a schedule.

Yes, I have a set time for my meals as I am a heart patient and have to be particular both about my weight and body.

No, I do not have set times for the two meals I eat during the day. Sometimes I eat breakfast very early and sometimes late in the morning. Lunch I eat not always the same time either and I feed my cat first.

I learned after I used to eat at night that it was not good for my stomach so since I lost weight I only eat two meals and drink in between meals. You are right we all have different ways we do things.

Actually, my body is insulin dependent as naturally insulin is not produced by my body. So, I have to take insulin injections at proper intervals and have my meals around it. Sometimes, I delay it to some reasons. Otherwise, it's very much on fixed times

I eat my lunch at 9 am and come to University. As tiffin hours are scheduled at 2 I have my fruits break at that time. By 6.30 I have snacks at home. I have my dinner at 10 am
