At What Age Do You Think That A Mother Should Stop Breastfeeding?

I was recently out with a friend and her two year old daughter. I was shocked to see that she still breastfeeds her. I didn't know that people breastfed that long. For one, I can remember things all the way back until I was 3, so I just wonder what the average to stop breastfeeding is. Also, the little girl has a mouth full of teeth. Anyway, I just wanted to hear someone elses input.

I think after a year old is too old to be brest feeding

I would think once the teeth really start coming in. Otherwise you'll mess there teeth up. That's when people start taking there kids off bottles right? I would say no later than one year. I'm dumb on the subject though.
