Is there anyone here who despite taking calcium, vitamins, and multivitamins, still experiences joint pain or pain in your body? You are a skilled athlete, player, or bodybuilder, yet you still have pain in your body? What could be the reason for this?

You said it right, excessive physical weight can be one of the reasons for joint pain. When our body weight increases, especially breathing becomes difficult. There can be many other diseases due to obesity as well. May God keep everyone happy and healthy.

My best friend has rheumatoid arthritis, and has a lot of joint pain. She’s 42, and was diagnosed two years ago. It’s an incurable autoimmune disease, but there are ways to slow the disease. It’s just something you can’t help, or stop from appearing. My cousin has it too, and she ended up in a wheelchair. I have regular arthritis, and have joint pain (bad car accident caused injury). There are many reasons one can have joint pain, including, believe it or not, taking too many supplements.

@stapllotik I can always look into that kind of doctor, as I’m willing to try anything. My spine is really damaged from the car accident, but it couldn’t hurt to give it a go. My friend with Rheumatoid arthritis is big into homeopathic medicine, so she mostly tries healing through diet and natural ways, but she had to take one regular medication. She’s a nurse, so she’s trying to stay active to keep her illness at bay. Regular arthritis like mine is not nearly as hard on the body as hers.

Thank you, Amber. I am sorry to hear about you and your friend's and cousin's condition. However, please trust me Arthritis can be reversed. It is caused by an imbalance of air, fire, and water (vata, pitta, and kapha in Ayurveda) in the body. Do you have an Ayurvedic doctor near you?  I agree, taking too many supplements can cause pain. Also, it can increase and decrease our weight. Sometimes excessive vitamins and minerals in the body can aggravate pain. When you overeat or eat unhealthy food, it may cause discomfort and pain in your body. If we fast, our body can repair itself. I practice fasting, trust me, it brings strength, improved digestion, and vitality to the body.

Joint pain depends on age many times. The best way to discover what you have is to go to a doctor.

Consulting a doctor is undoubtedly important for accurate diagnosis, but I would respectfully disagree that joint pain depends solely on age. Ayurveda views joint pain as a result of imbalances in the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), which can occur at any age. In Ayurveda, joint pain is often associated with Vata imbalance, caused by factors such as improper diet, poor digestion, sedentary lifestyle, or even psychological stress.

@stapllotik You are very right. And not everyone has the same pains. I have had knee joint pains for a long time yet my mother never had any in during the 93 years she lived.

Just how life works. As we age, our body ages with us. It means you need to pace yourself more and adjust your expectations and learn your limits. You are human. You can do everything right, and your body is going to tell you, I'm still here.

Agree, It's a beautiful symphony of acceptance and self-discovery, where we embrace our limitations while still striving to push our boundaries.

After much wear and tear throughout life your joints begin to feel it after 45. That's where hot mineral baths come in handy. You can't just take vitamins. You have to exercise those joints every day. Just one day of sitting on the sofa can stiffen an otherwise relaxed muscle or joint, making it painful to move. Humid weather and dampness is also not good for joints.

Thank you, I've heard of the mineral bath. These baths provide therapeutic relief by not only increasing blood circulation but also soothing sore muscles and reducing inflammation. The minerals present in the water, such as magnesium and sulfur, can even help alleviate joint stiffness, reduce pain and promote better flexibility especially in humid weather conditions.
