Gratitude project Day 6

There was a woman who was having trouble getting off the bus today as I was waiting for my bus to bring me home after going to a government office. My bus hadn't come yet, and I saw this slightly overweight woman unsteady on her feet, so I went up to her and gave her my hands and helped her to get off the bus. She said thank you to me, and that made my day.

She walked with a bit of a limp, maybe she needs to use a cane, but is too proud to do so. It is difficult to accept sometimes that we are getting older and need certain items to help us.

@lifecoachjerusalem I think I will find it very hard to accept a cane when/if that time comes.
