Police rescue a baby deer in a basement inside of a home in Indiana

The Indianapolis Polce Department answered a call from a concerned homeowner on Friday June 23 when they thought that a home invasion was taking place at the basement inside the home.
When the police officers arrived at the home and they went to the basement of the home, they found a female baby deer they called Bambi.
The police officers used a blanket to cover Bambi and take her out of the house and place her in the back yard of the home when Bambi was released and went back home in the forest.
How did Bambi get inside of the home is not known at this time.
