My legs are sore

and I have no idea why. When I woke up this morning my calves were super sore and almost cramped. I didn't do anything yesterday that would have caused it. They have continued to hurt all day despite the fact that the most strenuous thing I've done was stand up at the side of the pool reading my book. I don't understand what is going on. I'm going to take a potassium and magnesium supplement in case I'm deficient in potassium. I know that causes muscle cramps. I hope this goes away soon.

It could be that standing for a long time have caused it. Try hydrating yourself too by drinking more water. Potassium rich foods like banana will also help. It's better to take natural foods rich in potassium, unless your doctor gives you prescription.

Well maybe standing was the cause. You might not think that it could be because maybe you did not feel tired while you were standing. But things like that have a way of hurting the day after.

Might be lounging around the pool too much. Annoying worrywart comment: don’t let it go too long without getting it checked.

Hopefully taking the potassium will work.

Maybe it was the way you slept last night.
