El Nino weather effect is back

El nino, that unusual hot weather that brings about very hot air that makes it difficult for people to breathe seems to be back. I have been observing some extremely hot weather lately, making people sweat and sometimes it can be difficult to breathe especially when outside. Are your experiencing this thing in your city?

Its the humidity in the air that makes it hard to breathe. Humidity is heavy and damp. Like trying to breathe under water. It comes with the low pressure systems. I like high pressure atmosphere where the air is light, dry and cooler.
