Wow, the temperature is falling

It is actually down to 100 degrees F or about 38 C. this is from a high of 108 F around 2 p.m.
I do not think I remember it ever being that hot here before.
Certainly keeps me inside much more.
We had grilled ham and cheese sandwiches this evening, along with frozen blueberries. Not very hungry in the heat.
Tomorrow is Sunday, and I will be doing prep for my breakfasts and lunches for the week. I am leading the music at church tomorrow as well.
My friend Jane is on her way home from another family related trip to California. She rides the train often.
We have tripped the breakers in the other half of the house a couple of times today. I am not sure why. I feel like I am using more power on this half.
There are still online things to get done before bed. Oh, and I need to figure out what to wear to church.
This will probably be my good night post.

We reached 98F today. It's supposed to be 106F tomorrow.

At 12:36pm this afternoon I looked at the temperature on the television, and it said 105 degrees. I was like, wait, this is Heather’s weather! I’m also not kidding that that was my thought.
I hope you enjoy leading the singing tomorrow. Does someone different do it every week? My sister led the singing at my dad’s church until she moved years ago. She did the “hand thing” orchestra conductors do, you know what I mean? I would look so silly doing that, but she actually majored in music so she knew how to do it right.

That is hot. Our appetites are pretty null and void in the heat too.
I love riding the train. It seems more expensive than even flying so I don't do it much.

We've been getting our daily storms, which has helped with the heat. But, it's been unreasonably hot everywhere. I'll agree to that.

It's so unusual for your area to be hotter than mine. We didn't go over 99f today, thank heavens.
