Stomach cramps

I am down with stomach cramps for 1 to 2 days . Irritable bowel movement is really painful and uncomfortable. I think it is because of the pansit palabok that I ate . Pansit Palabok is Filipino Rice noodles with pork and shrimp and some creamy sauce. Just like what it looks like in the picture, its a mixture of everything , plus its creamy sauce I think is one reason I have stomach trouble ..For now, I am eating moderately and in proportions just not to stress and harm my stomach again. I ate no oil food since yesterday and some bananas to help make my stool a liitle hard and tough ( excuse me for describing ) now I feel less aches in my stomach ..I think I am recovering now. I just ate rice and some viand last night , again in proportion and in moderation. Fellow lotters and readers , have you experienced having irritable bowels? What did you do to prevent it? The picture uploaded was the Pansit Palabok ..

I just hope your pork was cooked properly. You can certainly get sick from eating pork that was not thoroughly prepared. I don’t usually get an upset stomach, but on the occasion I do, I usually take Pepto Bismol, and drink 7 Up to try to settle my stomach.

@AmbiePam Thank you maam , yes I am sure that the pork was cooked well. Its just that I think I didnt digest it well because I ate it very fast. Yup I ate bananas and drunk soda like carbonated drinks .

I have chronic constipation. I have to take laxatives on alternate days or else there's bloating, loss of appetite and I cannot have a bowel movement normally without laxatives

@Dreamerby I am so sorry to hear about your situation, have you seen a doctor about it? Hope you get better soon . Is taking laxatives also prescribed by your doctor?

@iKONICNoona The doctor prescribed for a few months but the condition didn't improve. I have accepted the fact that I am dependent on laxatives. Actually without taking them, I had to go through a lot of discomfort and my daily schedule was getting affected in a greater way. So yes I have to take them on alternate days since Jan 2021
