First Day of 4th Grade!

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
Well, it's official - school has started back up here. My son is currently at his first day of 4th grade!
At this time he should be having lunch I believe, then he'll have 3 more hours of class.
I feel bad that the first day is a gloomy, windy day...when up until yesterday it's been nice and sunny.
After school I know he will talk to me all about his first day; who sat by him, what he had for lunch, if he has ton of homework, etc...
I am curious who will sit by him because the students got to pick where they sit (at least for now).
That's just a little update for now, with a photo of him this morning before I took him to school!

Glad you like the picture of him. He looks it, but looks can be deceiving. He was not happy at all to go back

He's wearing his favorite game too; Minecraft lol. He couldn't wait to wear that shirt. I hope he's having a good day too

@MommyOfEli2013 Amyra, my 12 year old niece, is crazy about Minecraft too. I love to see kids get excited about stuff.

@AmbiePam That's cool that she likes it too. My son is obsessed with it though. I don't mind that he likes the game, but it's all he wanted to do all summer lol

Wow where has the time gone? Was it really last week you were posting about meeting his teacher, and surprised by the school's inability to keep fourth-grade teachers on for more than a year?

Yes, that was just last week...they always have the meet the teacher night just before the weekend before they go back. Well, I don't know about them keeping the 4th grade teachers for more than a year or not....but I just know that quite a few quit.
