Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
Bao is an Ancient Street food of Asia which is a simple steamed bun.
Bao originated on 22nd August, 2017 as on this date, the restaurant named Wow Bao first opened its doors in Chicago, Illinois in 2003. It has gained popularity in the West.
Bao is a dumpling which is big round in shape. It can have almost any filling like Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, Vegetables and Bean pastes. It comes in Sweet versions as well like Jams, Coconut Paste, Sweet Custard etc.
Bao is gaining popularity in India as well. There are few restaurants which serves Bao. I havent had the chance yet to taste it. I would really like to try if get a chance.

It's the first time I am hearing about the dish and it sounds interesting..I would like to give a try to the veg ones.
