I am very regular with my exercise. It has helped me manage with my diabetes and other health issues. And I just feel very good after exercising. So, happy hormones are a big benefit.

Regular exercise and physical activity may, Helps to control weight, Reduces risk of heart diseases, Helps body to manage blood sugar and insulin levels, Helps to quit smoking, Improves mental health and mood, Helps to keep thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as we age.
