I am all for mental health awareness, and getting rid of the stigma that mentally ill people are supposed to be embarrassed or ashamed of their conditions. We should be more open about encouraging everyone to seek help and take mental illness as seriously as how we take physical illnesses.

We need to look at what causes mental issues and try to work on the causes. And encourage people to talk to contact a therapist. Or do things that help mental issues.

In my country only recently mental health problems have been better covered by health insurance companies. But there is still a long way to go.

I think if anyone feels mentally unbalanced they should seek help.
