Have you ever lied awake into the night staring up at the ceiling, waiting for sleep to come, but it never does? Do you have a method for falling asleep?

Sometimes, I do that. Either I can't get comfortable, or my brain just doesn't want to shut off! But, if I really, really can't get to sleep, then I will take a Tylenol PM. A friend of mine gave me that tip, and if you just take one, then you won't wake up in the morning all groggy.

Drink a warm drink, such as decaffeinated coffee or tea. Drinking milk can sometimes help.

I cannot have good sleep most of the time. I do hope that there are ways to do it.

Reading always makes me sleepy, or a glass of warm milk, or some soft classical music. I know some people who have tapes or machines that play nature sounds--rain, beach surf, etc--that they say help them relax or sleep.
