Got My "Salary" Today

I was sitting in my office and typing something when I felt that I hit a key the wrong way and cracked my fingernail. It does not hurt that much, but it was uncomfortable and while I can cut the portion that was broken, it will be unsightly. I need a nail tech to do a better job than I can, and it's also on my dominant hand so that makes it even more challenging. But being the cheapskate that I am, I am not used to paying someone to do my nails if I can do it myself. And also when there is a special occasion. Imagine my surprise when my husband handed me $100.00 and told me to get my nails done! Since it's the weekend already. I think I'll go to a salon on Monday or Tuesday, hopefully I can get an appointment. I asked him why he's giving me money, not that I'm complaining. He said that that's my salary for putting up with him this weekend while we're installing our home office furniture. Well, if that's the case, I think I will need more.
