Had to believe marks one year since our last cat, Mama, crossed rainbow bridge with our assistance. Chilly is still alive and well, eagerly awaiting his cheese cup. We had a tech come out and take a look at the damage on the side of our house. We thought it might've been from AT&T but apparently it's spectrum's problem. The guy did put zip ties on the exposed stuff. He wanted to run a quality check, but the modem is in a closet and George and I need to dig it out. the jack they installed is also under the desk and he was like.... okay then. He had his manager over ride it to close out the order. And, I'll be canceling the service as soon as we find the equipment. So, that's my day in a nutshell.

We do. Time escaped us. It was tragic, sure. Putting her down not the highlight of my day. But in the end we did what's best for her.

@just4him I decided to cut the cord a long time ago. In fact, when we bought this house, I decided that was it. George and I don't watch as much t.v. as we used to, so there's no reason to pay for something we weren't even using a fraction of. With climbing costs, it wasn't worth it. The government is basically paying for my internet.

@kaylachan It's always hard; but I know you did what was best for her. That's how I feel about our dogs. I still miss them so much; but we had to put them down.

@LindaOHio Growing up, a few of our animals had to be put down. I never fully understood the scope of it until my husband and I made that choice, ourselves, and had to bring Mama home and build her grave.

@kaylachan I never let my husband bring the dogs home. I couldn't have handled that.
