September brings more rainy days!

Actually, rainy season should be over by now, but somehow we get quite many rainy days in September. In fact, I have seen such heavy rains in September that have caused floods. Today was a rainy day. Though it didn't rain all day it has been drizzling of and on. I was about to walk out of the house but had to retract my steps a little while ago. Weather has its own idiosyncracies, doesn't it? We get wet days also in October, spoiling our Puja fun sometimes. Autumn for us is so short we don't even see it coming or going. I am so glad about these days. These rains keep the days cool, otherwise these days would have been quite humid. No wonder my heart keeps on singing.. let it rain, let it rain, let it rain..

Lately due to the typhoons, it rains more often but usually it is not a heavy rain. And it makes the weather cooler. So it is very interesting that it is not like autumn but spring

The weather is lovely for us here after the rain. We will enjoy it as long as it lasts. Some hot and humid days are sure to come after rains.

I never mind when it rains. When I was young, we were always waiting for rain for the dams or the crops.

Though I like all seasons but somehow I have a special attachment to rainy season.. As a child I used to sail paper boats on little streams that would form after rains.

I agree. Sometimes too much of rain becomes boring
