What is one’s favourite time of day when going on a plane?

General rule of thumb is that I check on what time I will be arriving at the destination, in whatever their time zone is, and back track from there. I like getting at places late morning/early afternoon. Enough time to unpack, relax and then go out for an evening meal.

I always preferred late morning. I didn't like night flights

Same as you, what is more important for me is the time I will be arriving at the destination.

@Karusa - I hated to arrive late in the night, even if often happened when we went from Europe to the United States.

I would rather arrive in the day time no matter whether it is in the morning or afternoon.

Since I am not a flight traveler that much, I prefer to travel during nightime by bus here in my country.

I am on business trip during half of my working time, fly to different cities, sometime the flight is in the morning and sometime at afternoon, I think anytime is ok for me as long as the weather is fine and no serious trembling during the trip.
