Good Morning September 29, 2023

I got up early and check my cellphone immediately for new notifications. Last night we had too much rain. I switch on the water dispenser and waited for 3 minutes for the hot water. I made my coffee since we dont have sugar just only coffee and sipping my coffee looking at the bright sunny day. hoping for a beautiful sunshine.

Speaking of coffee, I started to drink decaffeinated. Guess what? It was more than three years before I stopped drinking it. It is to detoxify my body. But then, I still continue to drink tea to balance it.

@Bernabe I know where it is coming from. I was so addicted to it before. I only drink decaffeinated coffee before my classes. Two cups will be fine per day.

Coffee is already part of my life. Sometimes if i feel sad i drink coffee which makes me more relax and feel ok

I hope you get your wish. We've been getting a lot of rain lately, too. A front stalled out over us bringing with it a lot of rain.

I hope you had a great day yesterday. Sorry you had too much rain. I don't use sugar in my tea or coffee any more. I drink green tea and grain coffee. It's dull again here today. I'm hoping for the sun to come out.
