Crisis averted...

I was sitting here at the computer, when I realized it was the eleventh and I hadn't gotten cards for my youngest and middle nephews, whose birthdays are the 15th and 23rd of this month, respectively. So, I grabbed my purse and stuff, and headed across the street to the shopping center and more specifically the Hallmark store. I had two coupons with me, one for $5 off and one for "Buy two cards, get one free". I a card for each nephew, and a "Get well" card should I need one down the road. Unfortunately the "Buy two cards, get one free" coupon had expired, but I used the $5 off one, and it worked out about the same. I came home, addressed the one card, and took it to the mailbox along with another thing I wanted to send today. Checked the mail, too, which was there. There were a few envelopes from people wanting money, and two "envelope packages"--one I know is new checks from my bank, and the other is some tracts I ordered. So, nothing bad (aka bills) today. In a while I'll be getting off of the computer and getting ready for church. Hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
