Oh this afternoon I feel anxiety again. I'm full of negative thoughts and feelings. I made up my mind that if I keep on allowing negativities I'm not helping myself at all. I only make things harder. I'm letting myself to be a loser. Trying to be positive would help and will even make me a winner
