Such a beautiful day

With this being the last real nice day it looks like, I got on my mountain bike and road down to the river. We were supposed to get thunderstorms today but they all went a bugged someone else. So after today it's supposed to drop back down and be chilly.
Oh and I started my liquid diet today as well!!

That was the rain that we were supposed to get, we did get the winds but that's all. Thank you and I have been doing great!

The ride was so nice, it was very windy though and blew me all over the place.

It's 56°F, and they expected the low tonight to be 45°F. Temperatures will drop into the 30s in about a week and a half.

That is how it's been here lately, in the high 30s at night. But we are having a one day heat wave and I took advantage of it.
