What food or drink do you take to ease your anxiety and boost mood?

Do you have a particular food or drink you take to lower anxiety and boost your mood? Do these foods and drinks even work long or they are just temporary relief from anxiety and stress?? It appears the best way to manage stress and boost mood is to relax and do the things you enjoy doing.

This depends on my mood usually if I'm tired or need to focus more I'll drink coffee. If I'm sad, stressed, or just a hormonal human being chocolate. I tend to listen to my cravings because that's the body's way of saying hey you need this even if you don't need it paring it with something that might be healthier it can give you what you need.

@ogbenishyna women tend to follow their needs especially when it comes to our cycles. Our brain will tell us what we need and listening to it helps.
