Hospital in Lagos sealed after unscreen blood transfusion into patients

Crazy things happen in Africa these days. An hospital has been sealed off for using unscreen blood for transfusion on thousands of patients. The terrible act has been ongoing for months before it was discovered after many patients lost their lives. Why would health staff do such a thing?
