Winter morning again this Wednesday. I woke up with a cramp.

It is difficult to say good morning, friends. Here and there things aren´t very good.
I left part of the clothes I washed yesterday hanging out and today there was a small rain. JEEEZZZ!!!
As soon as Anita arrives I´ll see what we can do with that. Because first and worst is that I woke up with cramps in my legs.
Don´t answer anything about eating bananas, please. I think that it mainly has to do with not enough walking.
I am watching the news. The main news now is the arrival of President Biden to Israel. I would not have goone if I were him.
The dishwasher has cramps too. I opened it to put away the washed dishes and found out that they weren´t clean. I´ll have to take them out and wash them again by hand.
Good news is that Leticia is preparing her house to invite me for a few days. It is absurd, but she is even giving a coat of paint to the room where I will sleep
As for myself, I´m slowly getting together some things I will take as gifts. I bought a giant jar of the coffee she loves.
Now i´m going to get up to turn on again the heater. Spring ran away again and winter is back.

I know that my problem has nothing to do with vitamins. I will get bedridden if I don´t walk more. As soon as spring decides to come, I´ll go walking a bit more.

@marguicha So many believe that bananas are the miracle food for cramps, but it depends the reason why we get cramps.

I´m sure that I will have a good time at Leticia´s. If Jordania won´t have him, Biden should not have gone to Israel. It sounds as if the US was partial to one of the countries. Palestine has nothing to do with Hamas.

Oh, that's tough! Maybe next time you can try some gentle stretches when you get cramps. Don't worry too much about the clothes, you can dry them again later. How was your visit to Leticia's house? Painting can be fun! That big jar of coffee must have been a great gift. I hope the weather is better now.

My dad has terrible cramps when he doesn’t drink enough water. For some reason, he has to drink a lot more than they normally recommend for a regular person. His legs and hands get so incredibly bad. I hope yours stay away. The other night he was drinking pickle juice to get rid of them, which must have been quite the sight.
