Christmas Shopping

Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? We have not but we already got the gifts in mind we will be getting for the people we buy for which is just my mom and her boyfriend and we will be getting them when we go shopping next month they are hard to buy for because they have everything but what we are getting them I know they both will like it.

I am officially done with Christmas shopping. I actually got one gift too many. A person who I bought for is no longer in my life, and I’m going between donating it, to waiting, and maybe someone else would fit the bill to use it. I’d hate for it to just go to waste.

Do you have a gift exchange at work? Or is there a giving tree in your community for people who need Christmas gifts? That might be a good way to use it.

@spiderdust It’s a national thing ?? That’s the reason I said “Here in the Philippines” because we all start decorating for Christmas, playing Christmas songs, and starting our Christmas shopping. As for our family, we also buy groceries and pack them as Christmas gifts for our employees aside from monetary bonus. In that way, we can manage our finances well and divide the bills instead of having it all in a month.

I've got a little bit. There are a couple of people who I have no idea what to buy for them. I also have a few things in my Temu cart that I should go ahead and order so they're here in time.

@Tina30219 The one person has literally everything she needs. She doesn't need any kitchen gadgets. She doesn't need any beauty items. She is going to school right now, but seems to have everything she needs for that too (including a backpack that she recently bought for herself) that is in my price range.
Last year I got her... socks. Nice socks, but still, they are socks and not exciting. I'm trying to do better this year, but I am stuck.

I only have my sister and nephew! On Friday I bought four of the six gifts I will buy. I am buying everybody gift cards this year.
I wanted to get to the store and buy the gift cards before the Holidays start

Giftcards are always good then you can get what you want and you don’t have to worry about something not fitting or being what they do not wa t

@LovesEverybody You could always get coffee mugs and put hot cocoa in them or even a giftcard to Starbucks or something.

@Tina30219 exactly!!! Only one person I am giving a gift card is a personal friend. The other three I have been working with for my health for years but I still don't know them that well. they try to keep our relationships somewhat professional. I know some personal things about them but not enough that I would have an easy time buying a sweater or something like that
