Often Commits Mistake

I think it was because of Aging. My accuracy about work was faded from almost perfect to around 70 percent accuracy or even less. I think my mind is damage already often committing mistakes like I can interchange positions of things. 20 years ago my mind was fresh for the job but now my perfection is gone. Haist. I feel like I cannot do my job correctly anymore. I am thinking of resigning...
