Kaleidoscope as a gift

Would you as an adult spend time on a kaleidoscope? I am thinking of adding one in the goody bag that will be given away as a Christmas gift along with a few other items.
I would certainly like to watch it but not sure anyone else would.
What say?

I have not used one in a long time. I have a beautiful memory of successfully making one with my brother as a part of our Science project in school.

Would you not enjoy it even now? We had to make one ourselves and so I broke my bangles without Mom knowing about it (lol)
