The State human right commissions in India are ineffective

Most state "Human Rights Commission " in India are totally ineffective. Today I got a letter from the Odisha Human Rights Commission which just had a case number and stated that they were closing the case as I was not pursuing the case. They haven't attached the complaint letter I had mailed them. It's long 5 years gone 2018 and it's not possible to remember my complain if its not attached to the reply. I am confused now how to proceed. Next I had complaint to the West Bengal Human Rights Commission about AGARO company's harassment, forcing me to accept a replacement of a vaccum cleaner without checking. I had send them an email but hadn't given them my phone number but can't guess how they got my phone number. The rang me up and said why did I write to them it was not their area. Now when someone is harassing me he is violating my rights to stay in peace. Then how's that its not their area. Doesn't this mean they have accepted some bribe from the company and protecting them? These shows it's useless to maintain these state Human Rights Commission offices as they are hardly doing any good for the common people of India.

When organizations are just opened to show the World that their country people are safe and getting justice such organizations will just not work efficiently.

Not only corruption, these organizations show a slack attitude so that they don't have to solve many cases. They usually work for the rich and corrupt.

Five years is a long time and still no justice. If more people take a stand for their rights eventually they will take notice and do something about it.

The more people that complain the more they neglect. There are many such cases that they just suppress by giving flimsy excuses or sit on the complain files.
