We could have gone to a community Thanksgiving here locally, but Bob and I had planned to make a smoked salmon quiche. He is in charge, but as directed, I helped. So I cracked eggs, measured the cream and half and half, stirred in flour and salt and pepper. It is coming together nicely. We both slept in quite late after our trip to Wichita to the ER. I will make some other things in a bit, perhaps some homemade cranberry sauce to go with the quiche. Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate!!
