Dear myLot fellows, As I am working in an mechanical engineering field as an asset integrity of pressurized equipment at Oil & Gas facilities, chemical plants, food sector, power sector and aviation. This field is very versatile and connected with a big number of code and standards. However specialized and certified personal are in each sections of the field. We interact with different people frequently because of different clients. I judged that the Asian people who have grip in some techniques or standard of working they are not knowledge sharing. But European guys share the knowledge and even teach the new comer's. Let me know about your field of working do you get the knowledge sharing people at your workin platforms.
