What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I'm having homemade turkey meatballs in homemade sauce with paparadelle pasta. I was supposed to bring the meatballs to my sister's house today but I was stuck here waiting on maintenance who never showed up. Whatever. So I'm eating some myself and will share with a coworker who is always happy to receive food from me. To go with I am having some cucumber slices marinated in balsamic vinegar. My favorite!

Ugh what did I make? Oh yeah chuck steak in the insta pot with..spuds, carrots, celery, Brussels. and gravy

I'm making the turkey enchiladas that I intended to make yesterday (before learning that the teen was making food for their cooking course for dinner).

Good question... I guess at 6:14 current time I should have a look in the fridge or freezer... see what looks good. I am starting to get hungry, now that you mentioned it.

I am trying to make for the first time a dish that Anna taught me. The name is passatelli. I will also make a green salad with lettuce and avocado.
