I Went on a Cruise!

Sorry, I haven't been around in a while but my husband and I took 2 of his adult children and their spouses on a 7 day Caribbean cruise. We left out of Galveston, Texas, on the Regal Princess ship, and stopped in Costa Maya Mexico, Roatan Honduras, and Cozumel Mexico. We also had 3 days at sea. Of course, there was some family drama, but all in all, the 6 of us had a memorable time on the cruise. I really like it when people on myLot write about their day-to-day activities when they are away on vacation. But out of respect for my husband, who doesn't like anyone to know we are away, I don't post anything about our trips until we get home.

Most people seem to enjoy cruises, but can't say I have really fancied one. It took me ages to work up the courage to take a ferry!

My dad and his wife are the same. Until they come back, my stepmom doesn’t post updates in case someone happens to know where they live, and decide while they are gone it would be a great time to rob them. Now me, I have nothing for anyone to steal, so I post updates if I feel like it. I noticed you had not been around, and I am very glad it was for such a fun reason! Which was your favorite destination?

I am happy for you that you that you and loved ones enjoying a vacation aboard a ship. I do not blame your husband for not telling anyone on the internet about the time you and your loved one were away for security reasons.
