the ceiling is almost complete. after almost a month of delay

the last carpenter that started the work didn't come back. he still had some advanced salary that he has to work for. he stopped working saying he had injury while at his home. so his few days of rest turned into weeks till he doesn't reply to my messages anymore. anyway, I have found new two carpenters who are working and finishing the job. it had been 4 days since they started. Today, ceiling are getting installed and almost complete. Maybe tomorrow, they can start painting the ceiling white. it may take a day or more to do it. and I'll ask them paint the other parts of the house.

My brother had a similar incident. The entire crew was already paid in full and on their last week but the foreman got electrocuted and fell. So my brother had to hire a second crew to complete the job. It was unfortunate but thankfully the foreman survived.
