I seem to not have a lot of time

Things just stack up, and do not get done. In November I was not here much, and December may be the same. I think there are thirteen more days of school. Plumber is supposed to come today. We shall see. He has had a rough two months, so I have as well. My cats are wanting me to stay home more, I think. Yesterday afternoon was sunny and mild and I would have liked to stay home as well. I need to get my morning going and find some breakfast and pack a lunch. Maybe I will drop in before bed time. Have a great day.

When did you say you were planning to retire? I feel like you said 73, but maybe I’m confusing what you said to when my dad plans to retire.

I may never completely retire. When I am 73 a major bill will pay off. I am seriously working on working less and in a different environment, though.

@AmbiePam Jesus said the poor we will have with us always, I would paraphrase that to be the bills we will have with us always. I am really undecided about retiring. Bob needs me at home, and as people point out, work can replace you family cannot. Right now we have a pretty awesome team in our room and I love working with the ladies, but physically, it would be good for me not to be there.

@GardenGerty If I ever win a lot of money, I hope I remember your major bill.

Thank you, and you have a good day too. I know what you mean. There never seems to be enough time. Nevertheless, we have to do our best with the time we have. We both need to manage our time better, which is not easy. Today, I have work and maybe some me time.

How many more years of work do you have? I'm glad I retired early on disability. Not glad for the disability but glad to spend more time with my husband. Have a good evening.

I will probably finish this school year, then move on to something else. However I feel I will always need to be producing some income.

@LindaOHio There are many at home jobs out there, both with benefits and without. Some 1099 jobs. The easiest to break into will likely be transcription or captioning work.
