Why you should consume probiotic food after oily meal

Im sure many people here dont eat much oil meals but if you do, you will do yourself a lot of good by consuming a probiotic food like yoghurt, or curd with roasted cumin to boost digestion while preventing acidity and bowel related problems. Probiotic foods have also been found to lower absorption of too much fat in the system.
