Need space

What does it mean when your partner says that he needs space? More so if you are in a long distance relationship? He says that it's not possible to text everyday and there's nothing new to talk about. It seems like at this point he doesn't want to try.
What are your opinions on this?

That's the risk when it comes to long distance. You can cheet on someone, and they get away with it, because you're not around them. I don't care for long distance, personally myself.

@kaylachan True. I things times like these test us as to who we really are. It times like these that make us strong. At a point I feel like am I to blame. But then I am not. So I just need to focus on life.
