We went to a walk and got "drenched".

Today Tania took me to a beautiful park for a walk. here were trees all around us, a place where people could make barbecues and a path to walk easily.
But as we were slowly walking through the lane, an automatic hose started to water the trees (and us). I was dress with a thin pant and even got my underpants completly wet
.
Still, it was nice. Tania had to come back as she had another patient to attend to and I could not walk much father.
As I reached home, I changed my T shirt and have muve clothes drying with the sun.
As I decided that this was"it" as walking was for today, I donned the lower part of my PJs.
Tonight, after Tania finishes working, we´ll watch a movie.

@wolfgirl569 I know. I loathe cold now. I can´t imagine that I used to love snow. Here we don´t have snow in the city so sometimes we went to the mountains with the girls for some fun.

Glad you had an enjoyable walk. When I go to the nearest convenience store in the early mornings the church parking lot across the street has timed sprinklers and I always wind up with wet ankles, I hope you enjoy your movies and have a good night,

I can understand that many tourists from other countries come directly to this part from the airport. It is stunning!

It's winter here, so the idea of an unexpected drenching does nothing for me. I'm glad it wasn't cold. It's nice that you are getting to spend time with your daughter.

This happened to us in the grounds of a church once. Everyone was sitting on rugs singing Christmas carols but no-one had thought to turn off the automatic sprinklers. The singing stopped and everyone rushed to pack up their picnics.
