Salvation (Poem)

I've seen several so called preachers who
Love to ask for money all the time
But I know that salvation,
it doesn't cost a dime
Anyone who says it does,
you know they're lying
Jesus paid the only price we'd ever need
When He gave His precious
Life for you and me
and one day He'll be returning,
you can count on that indeed

Amen!
When you see where the money goes, you wonder where all the money goes. The preachers live in opulent mansions with plenty of servants. They have chauffer driven limos, private jets and more. What portion of the money goes to help those who really need it?
It reminds me of the fast talking hucksters of the 1800's selling snake oil to unsuspecting people. If you carry God in your heart and help where you can, caring for others and helping feed those in need, you'll be surprised how much better the world will become.

Amen to that..I had a Baptist pastor once tell me I couldn't participate in Communion..I never went back to that Church..Jesus..Yahawa..does not discriminate.
