Wednesday Morning Brief

Good morning from a beautifully cool Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Currently, it's 27 F. It's still dark at 6:19 AM. I captured this full moon moments ago.
Okay, it's the day after the holiday. With Christmas now past, it's time to finish the year strong and look forward to 2024.
Today should be an interesting day. I have an exercise class at 8:30, then if I can pull it off, I have rock painting and Bible study. I plan to go to the ADRC to give Destination Love to my proofreader. I know she plans to be there today. I also want to pick up the rock I painted last week. Then I will need to leave to get back here for Bible study. There's also prayer tonight. I need to remember we're meeting at another person's apartment.
I also want to go shopping. I need to get ready for the open house on January first. I also need to take the turkey out of the freezer so it will be thawed and ready to bake on Saturday.
That's the plan. For right now, I need to get dressed and eat. I'll also find out what the damage is on the scale. It might not be bad. I hope not.

I was on Off today. Using some of my unused leaves at the year end, before they lapse.
The morning was a bit hectic as we had to drive in the early morning.
We had to face shallow to medium fog.
So it was driving with blinkers on, with high alertness as some stupid people still drive rashly even in such conditions.
In the afternoon, I started a new Online stuff. Need to see how successful it goes.
It is about Software Technologies related.
After that, I have been working on a few sites here and there, including this one.
Now plan to watch TV and read newspaper along with dinner.
Your day sounds nice although you need to face much chillier weather than us.

I have even driven in denser fog.
hen I had to have the heater on, plus keep using wiper and also stop vehicle and clean off accumulated mist from the front mirror.
Oh so that means it is warmer than usual for you!

Good morning. That's a good picture of the moon. My tablet doesn't capture pictures of the moon very well.
I hope you enjoy your rock painting and Bible study. Enjoy your prayer meeting aswell.
I hope you get everything you need when you go shopping.
My day's OK so far. We're going to the big Tesco as usual this afternoon, that's if my step-dad remembers it's Wednesday! 
The bins are also being collected a day later now till sometime in January. I told my Mum but I don't think she's told my step-dad. Not that he'd be able to hear her if she did! So you watch him put the recycle bins out tonight! Well, I won't be putting any recycle out till tomorrow.

@just4him That's great. Last night we had heavy rain that battered my bedroom window no end!
We had a good shopping trip, yes, thank you, and my step-dad did not put out the bins!

Even if there is damage on the scale, it is likely to only be temporary. I ordered a new scale today.

No damage on the scale. I lost two pounds, so that was a good thing.

Hope that the scale was kind to you. Sounds as if you had a busy day.
I went to the store this morning. Rested. No church tonight. It's the only Wednesday evening service Sammy calls off, unless there is bad weather, for the year.
We may see some snow flurries tomorrow and Friday, I sure hope so
