A Never-Ending Question

I experienced an unscheduled power outage yesterday afternoon. I definitely did not set up my generator for my afternoon classes online until midnight. I am a sloth at doing it. Besides, the Chinese online tutorial company had deducted penalties. So I just let them do it all throughout. This morning, I sent a message to customer service saying that the power was restored. As expected, they bombarded me with never-ending questions. Regardless, I do not need to explain myself because I told them the reason. I just hate being asked if they knew what happened. Are you not going to feel annoyed with this situation? Image Credit: dragonflytraining.files.wordpress.com

With this company, I learned not to entertain these questions. In this way, they will stop nagging me.

I’m assuming you are unable to teach classes when this happens is why they ask a million questions.

It was so annoying. I tried to conceal my feelings. They even dared to do this while having my classes online.

@DianneN When I got pissed off, I deliberately send a message to stop asking questions. You are disturbing my class. I am quite frank if they unleash my evil side.

If you answered the question one time to all that should be enough.

I agree. I told them this reason before. But they are not accepting it. So, why do I bothered myself answering their questions? They cannot force me to answer them. It is not style to entertain such.

I'm sorry you had a power outage, and you had never-ending questions from the power company when they restored it.

The customer service stopped asking random questions about the concern. It is the best way to handle in my mind.
