Self respect

Since i started to appreciated every single emotions or feeling in myself, i feel like i respected myself. To validate my feelings and to convince myself is okay not to be okay. Sometimes human can deny an emotions to win our ego but when you try to validate the feelings either it fear, sad, happy, guilty or else thats how you have self respected and be peaceful with yourself. I can agree with that. I do feel down sometimes but I think it's probably something to do with the peri-menopause.
