I HATE COMMERCIALS!!

There I said it. 
Yes, I watch a lot of television daily. Probably about 6-8 hours a day.
(I work about that long online too.)Mostly YouTube or TV stuff I have taped. I have a Roku TV and have Netflix, Disney+ (with Hulu), Paramount+, and several freebie apps like Tubi, Freevee, Roku Channel, etc. Some have more commercials than others. What I hate is YouTube. They just pop in a commercial anytime. And, it is usually when a very interesting story is being told and they interrupt it with a commercial.
I love to tape whatever I want to watch onto my DVR. Then I can both watch it whenever I want to
and, I can FF through the commercials.
Your thoughts. I can't be the only one.

I know and refuse to do so. I watch so much on YT that I've gotten used to the commercials. I just don't like them and needed to rant about it.

@celticeagle I watch YouTube for 2 main reasons. I use the art tutorials and other art videos to help in my art. I also have music playlists I listen to over night to help me sleep. The commercials do not allow me to sleep. So it is worth it to pay the small subscription fee.

@capirani ......YT has some great videos of soft music, rain fall, etc. to help you get to sleep. I am really enjoying YT. It has anything and everything a person could want.

I hear you. I hate commercials too. I have a Roku stick, not a Roku TV. I have a smart TV that also allows me to watch many of the same channels I get on the Roku stick. I also watch many of the same channels you do. I hate the commercials and avoid them when I can and suffer them when I can't.

@celticeagle I tried doing that a couple of years ago, but it messed up my TV, so I keep the original one I bought several years ago. It works just fine.

I find some commercials informative. They let me know new medications that are available along with new products on the market. They also show me trailers of new shows and new movies. Only some commercials get really repetitive and annoying. Have a good evening.

I agree. I just get tired of seeing the same one over and over and over. Gets so old and tiresome.
